Yes. Traction Outsourcing Limited plans and manages corporate retreats for businesses across Nigeria, including team-building retreats, leadership retreats, and annual strategy offsite events. We handle venue, programming, facilitation, logistics, and accommodation depending on the scope of the engagement.

Can Traction Outsourcing organise a corporate retreat outside Nigeria?

Yes. Our international retreat capability includes the T-ICR, the Traction Outsourcing International Corporate Retreat, which we host annually in an African destination city. We also arrange bespoke international retreats for corporate clients on request. The 2026 edition takes place in Kigali, Rwanda in November.

What is included in a Traction Outsourcing corporate retreat package?

Packages vary by scope, but typically include venue selection and booking, programme design, facilitation and speaker coordination, accommodation arrangements, ground logistics, and post-retreat documentation. We build the package around what the client wants to achieve, not a fixed template.

How far in advance should we book a corporate retreat?

For domestic retreats, a minimum of four to six weeks allows us to source the right venue and build the programme properly. For international retreats, three months is advisable, particularly for group travel and accommodation. The earlier you engage us, the more options we can offer.
