Travel Documentation

All delegates are responsible for holding a valid international passport and, where applicable, any visa required to enter Rwanda. Traction Outsourcing Limited will provide guidance and support during the process, but the delegate remains responsible for meeting Rwandan entry requirements ahead of the retreat dates.

Force Majeure

Traction Outsourcing Limited shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, modification, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions, civil unrest, acts of war, or transportation and infrastructure failures. In such circumstances, participants will be notified as soon as practicable and alternative arrangements made where possible.
