Fees and What's Covered
Registration Fee: ₦3,550,000 or $2,600 per person.
This fee covers complete flight logistics, airport pickup, feeding, accommodation, the full retreat programme, a guided Kigali tour, all local Kigali logistics, and a dedicated 1-day general meeting with members of the Nigerian community living in Kigali.
Early Bird Discount: 10% off the registration fee for anyone who registers and pays before August 31st, 2026.

Travel Documentation
All delegates are responsible for holding a valid international passport and, where applicable, any visa required to enter Rwanda. Traction Outsourcing Limited will provide guidance and support during the process, but the delegate remains responsible for meeting Rwandan entry requirements ahead of the retreat dates.

Force Majeure
Traction Outsourcing Limited shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, modification, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions, civil unrest, acts of war, or transportation and infrastructure failures. In such circumstances, participants agree to release Traction Outsourcing Limited from liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from retreat postponement, cancellation, or modification.
