Job Description

  • Support the head chef in running the kitchen day to day and lead the cooks during service.
  • Prepare and cook dishes to a consistent standard and check quality before food leaves the kitchen.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and enforce food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Help with stock control, ordering and keeping waste low.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience as a sous chef or in a similar kitchen role.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Presentable.
  • Comfortable handling the role with little to no supervision.
  • Able to commute to Maitama, Abuja and resume immediately.
