Job Description

  • Assist the pastry chef in preparing and baking pastries, cakes, bread and desserts to the restaurant's standard.
  • Prepare doughs, fillings, ingredients and decorations ahead of service.
  • Keep the pastry section clean and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Help monitor stock and report shortages.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' relevant pastry or kitchen experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Presentable.
  • Comfortable handling the role with little to no supervision.
  • Able to commute to Maitama, Abuja and resume immediately.
