Job Description

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the store and make sure daily tasks are done on time.
  • Supervise and schedule staff, and keep service and hygiene standards high.
  • Manage stock and supplies, and make sure products are available for customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations, and report on sales and operations to the owner.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in operations, store management or a similar role.
  • Good leadership, organisation and communication skills.
  • Able to work with little to no supervision.
  • Able to commute to Wuse 2, Abuja and resume immediately.
