Job Description

  • Welcome and assist customers who walk into the store, and recommend suitable products.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and messages online (WhatsApp, social media and calls).
  • Record orders accurately and follow up so customers are satisfied.
  • Handle complaints politely and pass on issues that need a manager.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in customer service, sales or a similar role.
  • Good communication skills, in person and in writing.
  • Friendly, patient and presentable.
  • Comfortable using a phone, WhatsApp and basic computer tools.
  • Able to commute to Wuse 2, Abuja and resume immediately.
