Job Description

  • Prepare and cook meals to a consistent standard of quality for restaurant guests.
  • Plan menus and portions, and suggest new dishes.
  • Keep the kitchen clean and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor stock, order ingredients and keep waste low.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience as a chef.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Presentable.
  • Comfortable handling the role with little to no supervision.
  • Able to commute to Maitama, Abuja and resume immediately.
